It all depends on what shape the coins are in.
If they are in plastic and untouched they would be worth the most.
The gold is worth at least $ 900.00 per ounce because of the price of gold by itself.
If it a rare coin it could be worth a lot more.
The mint they were struck in is also a factor.
“S” is normally the least made in San Francisco.
With only the info you have provided it would be hard to say what they are worth.
They are worth what the face value is on them for sure.
But even the metal they are made of they are worth at least that as well.
Keep them till you can have them seen by someone that knows coins.
You might even try a pawn shop.
They would know what they are worth, and could give you a loan value .
Or pay them to find out how much they are worth.
I would hang onto them for awhile.
But that’s just me, I have several of them myself.

The 2008 US bronze John Quincy Adams dollar (the year is on the edge) is worth about face value ($ 1). 1972 Eisenhower dollar is worth not much more than face value unless there is an S under the neck or it is a proof (mirror finish) coin and then it might fetch $ 8US or so. The 1954 Franklin half dollar might have a mint mark above the bell: plain, Philadelphia; D, Denver; or S, San Francisco. It is worth $ 7US to $ 10US in circulated grades or slightly more for the S. The silver is currently worth about $ 6US. 1964 French franc (?) is only worth $ 0.40US if uncirculated. I hope that helps.
