I collect the coin and have been keeping them in a plastic coin cap individually. But some time I take them out to handle them. I’ve noticed that my Silver Eagle coins 1 oz 999 silver is turning color to yellow and black… why is this? And how do I clean them ? thank you.

Don’t forget to include denomination as well as the correct date. Diameter of the coin in millimeters would be nice to know, also.

These wouldn’t happen to be Spanish colonial coins, would they? If so. we need to know the mint mark, which is either side of the date. Mo (o over M) is Mexico City.
